AI email filter

Only the mail you want Nothing else

Inbox Liberator cleans up the inbox you already have. It moves spam and scam attempts to Junk, gives promotions a folder of their own, and keeps the mail that matters right where you see it.

Free sample: we clean the last 7 days of your inbox, up to 100 emails, so you can see the difference. No card needed.

Works with Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud and email on your own domain.

What it does

A calmer inbox, without changing how you use email

Keep your address, your email app and your habits. Inbox Liberator works quietly in the background, around the clock.

Catches scams other filters miss

Phishing, fake invoices and impersonation that slip past your email provider’s filter are caught and moved to Junk, even when they come from an account you know.

Promotions in their own folder

Newsletters and sales from shops you know go to a Promotions folder, ready whenever you feel like browsing.

Receipts stay put

Orders, receipts, invoices and shipping updates stay in your inbox, even from shops whose ads you don't want.

Learns from you

Move an email somewhere else and Inbox Liberator remembers. That sender goes where you want from then on.

Undo anything

Every email that was moved is listed in your dashboard with the reason, and one tap puts it back.

Unsubscribe in one tap

Done with a mailing list? Leave it from your dashboard, without hunting for the tiny link at the bottom.

Security

Stop scams at the front door

Many security problems start with a single email. Inbox Liberator reads every new message the way a careful person would (who really sent it, where its links lead, what it’s asking for) and moves the dangerous ones out of sight before you, your family or your staff click the wrong thing.

Phishing

Fake log-in pages and "verify your account" emails that try to steal passwords.

Spear phishing

Targeted messages that use your name, your boss, your school or your company to look real, like a sudden request for gift cards or a wire transfer.

Fake invoices and payment changes

"Overdue" bills and "our bank details have changed" emails from look-alike senders.

Impersonation

Emails that pretend to come from someone you know, or that fail the sender checks large email providers use.

Prize, crypto and other scams

"You've won", "double your money" and the many other ways scammers ask for a payment or your details.

Learns what's normal for you

Mail from people you write to is trusted, unless it fails those sender checks. Your corrections teach it the rest.

An extra layer, not a guarantee. No filter catches every scam, and a convincing message can still get through. Keep your other protections in place, and be careful with any unexpected request for money, passwords or personal information, even when it looks familiar.
Who it's for

For every inbox worth protecting

Your own, your family's, your parents' and your team's.

Your own inbox

Remember when your email was worth opening? The address you've had for years doesn't have to be a junk drawer. Inbox Liberator sends the scams to Junk and the promotions to their own folder, and keeps it that way, so you can enjoy using it again.

Families and kids

Children get the same scams and nasty junk as everyone else. Inbox Liberator checks every email that arrives and moves the scams and junk out before your kids see them, working alongside the parental controls you already use.

Your parents and grandparents

Older adults are scammers' favorite target: fake bank alerts, tech-support scams, the "grandchild in trouble" email. Inbox Liberator checks every message, even from familiar names, and moves the scams to Junk before your parents can fall for them. With their OK, you set it up from your account in minutes.

Schools, colleges and universities

Staff, faculty and students are prime targets for phishing and fake "urgent" requests from leadership. Inbox Liberator checks every email that arrives, moves the phishing and impersonation to Junk, and sends newsletters and announcements to their own folder.

Businesses and professionals

One click on a fake invoice, or a "CEO" asking for gift cards, can cost a business dearly. Inbox Liberator checks every email your team receives, even from senders they know, and moves the dangerous ones to Junk.

AI usage (tokens)
About $1.50–$3per 1,000 emails our AI reads
  • Usage is charged separately from your plan, based on the actual AI processing (tokens) your mail needs.
  • Mail from people you write to, and senders you have already sorted, is handled without the AI and costs nothing.
  • You prepay $5 when you sign up. Usage comes off that balance as the AI works, and your account page shows what is left, live. When it reaches $0 we top it up automatically and email you a receipt.
  • Prefer bigger top-ups? Choose $10 at a time and get $11 of usage (10% extra).
  • Set a monthly limit any time. If you reach it, AI checking pauses until the next month, and your own sender rules keep working.
Example: if the AI reads 1,500 of your emails in a month, the usage comes to about $2.25–$4.50. Cleaning up older mail when you join counts as usage too, and you choose how far back to go.
Questions

Good to know

Will I miss important email?

Mail from people you write to, and your receipts and orders, stay in your inbox. Anything that was moved is listed in your dashboard with the reason, and one tap puts it back. When you do that, Inbox Liberator remembers the sender.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. The free sample cleans the last 7 days of one inbox, up to 100 emails, once. You see what was moved to Junk and Promotions and what is left in your inbox, and anything can be moved back. No card needed. If you like it, pick a plan and the filter keeps going from there.

Can I use it for my children's email?

Yes. Connect their mailboxes to your account; the Pro plan covers up to 10. Every email that arrives is checked, and scams, phishing and junk are moved out of their inbox before they see them. Keep using the parental controls and conversations that work for your family as well.

Will it catch every scam?

No filter can promise that, and we don't. Inbox Liberator moves the spam and scam attempts it recognizes, and it gets better as you correct it, but a well-made scam can still reach your inbox. Keep your other protections in place, and treat unexpected requests for money, passwords or personal details with care, whoever they seem to come from.

Do I need a new email address or app?

No. Keep using your email exactly as you do now, on your phone, computer or tablet. Inbox Liberator works in the background on the mailbox you already have.

Which email services work?

Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud, and most email on your own domain. You can connect more than one mailbox to the same account.

Does it delete my email?

Never. Inbox Liberator only moves email between your inbox, your Junk folder and a Promotions folder. Nothing leaves your mailbox.

Why does Gmail ask for an app password?

Google asks services like ours to use a special 16-letter app password instead of your normal password. When you connect Gmail we show you exactly where to get one. It takes about a minute.

How does the AI usage charge work?

As the AI reads your mail, the cost comes off your prepaid balance, and your account page shows the balance live. When it reaches $0 your card is charged for the next top-up ($5, or $10 for $11 of usage) and you get an emailed receipt. Every charge is listed on your account page. You can set a monthly limit so it never goes over an amount you choose, and choose between a weekly statement or one monthly receipt.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. Pause a mailbox or remove it from your dashboard whenever you like, or cancel your plan from your account page. Your plan then runs until the end of the month you paid for and does not renew. Any usage balance left at that point expires. Your email stays exactly where it is.
